Singapore attracts more from offshore as bond volumes soar

Singapore is fast improving as a funding destination for local companies, as bankers and regulators work to boost the range of structures available in the market. But the city-state is also becoming increasingly important for offshore companies, allowing cheap funding for those which would struggle to get strong demand in the international market.
