Allen & Overy hires Gorchakov to Moscow banking team

Law firm Allen & Overy has hired Igor Gorchakov to expand its Moscow banking department. He will report to Edwin Tham, co-head of the firm’s CIS group and managing partner of the Moscow office and Stephen Matthews, head of the firm's banking practice in Russia.
