TransCap prices $100m Jo’burg IPO

Transaction Capital, the South African non-bank lender, completed a R819m ($97m) Johannesburg IPO on Thursday afternoon, selling more shares than its minimum target but pricing at the bottom end of the original range. South African investors bought more than 95% of the deal.
