Grontmij beats precedent for rescue rights
Grontmij, the Dutch engineering consultancy, completed a long-running €80m rescue rights issue on Thursday with a rump placement for 8% of the deal size. That was seen as a good result by bankers — in line with Dutch small-cap precedents even in the face of market volatility.
