Ascendas delays IPO, could attempt Tuesday
Ascendas Hospitality Reit will not launch its Singapore IPO on Thursday as originally mooted, but is now considering taking the S$650m-S$750m offering into next week. It could launch the transaction on Tuesday, said a banker close to the deal.
