Alufer stalls in IPO roadblock
Market conditions have once again taken their toll on primary deals with IPO bookrunners struggling to reconcile issuers and investors. O1 Properties last week called off its deal, Georgian Railway remains in limbo and this week Alufer Mining, an early-stage bauxite firm, has run into the same problem and is yet to publish a price range despite finishing its management roadshow.
