ZhengTong, Baoxin struggle amid tough time for HY

China ZhengTong Auto and its rival Baoxin Auto, two mainland companies from the same sector, both attempted high yield deals last week and are still aiming to raise dollars from investors. But rival bankers said the deals had suffered from some unfortunate timing — and too much overlap between the credits.
