Media Tek ends disclosure bind after Ali Corp selldown
Taiwanese semiconductor company Media Tek raised NT$1.53bn ($52.2m) this week after selling a 13.20% stake in local IT company Ali Corp. The shareholder no longer needs to publically disclose future sales because its stake is now small enough to sell privately.
