Private equity exit activity remains resilient

The volume of Asian exits fell 29.6% in the first half of this year from 12 months ago, while buy-out volumes dropped 65% over the same period. What’s more, firms that did sell out to corporate players did so at reasonable valuations. But divesting assets can still be fraught with disappointment, reports Mergermarket.
