CenterCredit tenders for 2014s with modified Dutch auction
Kazakh Bank CenterCredit has released a tender offer for cash for its $500m 8.625% 2014s. The bank will determine the purchase price and the aggregate principal amount of notes to be purchased via a modified Dutch auction. VTB is dealer manager for the invitation.
