Bank CenterCredit tenders for $500m 2014s
Kazakh Bank CenterCredit has released a tender offer for cash for its $500m 8.625% 2014s. The bank will determine the purchase price and the aggregate principal amount of notes to be purchased via a modified Dutch auction procedure. VTB is acting as dealer manager for the invitation.
