K.Wah pays no concession for $200m maiden offering
Hong Kong developer K.Wah International made its debut in the international bond market last week, raising $200m — and managing to price its deal flat to comparable credits. The bond was taken up mostly by investors in Asia, where the accounts are familiar with the issuer.
