'Subdued' economy sees wholesale lending fall at Lloyds
Lloyds Banking Group said today that its wholesale lending had fallen in the first quarter, although it had completed its term funding goal for the year. The bank was announcing its first quarter interim management statement, which showed a vastly improved first quarter profit of £628m.
