MAF strikes tighter pricing, longer tenor with $500m bond

UAE-based shopping mall developer Majid Al Futtaim has given final guidance of a 5.250%-5.375% yield on its new $500m seven-year bond — some way inside the 5.850% profit rate at which it issued a $400m five-year sukuk in late January. The new deal is due to price today.
