Man United eyes US listing as Singapore resists structure
A failure to reach agreement with Singapore regulators led to UK football club Manchester United scrapping its plan to list in the city state, according to a banker close to the transaction. But although a US listing has now been mooted in the market, bankers said that any such deal is a long way off, writes Louisa Burwood-Taylor.
