Tipp24 offer Lotto rights before spin-off
Tipp24, the €330m German lottery company, moved ahead with plans to spin-out its online ticket brokerage division into a new firm called Lotto24 following changes to the country’s gambling laws. The first step will see Tipp24 shareholders offered the chance to take part in a €15m Lotto24 rights issue, before receiving all of Tipp’s holding as a special dividend worth €20m.
