Emaar tightens seven year sukuk guidance, books exceed $2.5bn
Dubai's Emaar Properties has launched its seven year dollar benchmark sukuk at a profit rate of 6.4%, having already tightened guidance on Wednesday to 6.50%-6.625% from an initial 6.75% area. The note is set to be priced on Thursday.
