Fish firm scales back underwriting
Spanish aquaculture firm Pescanova was on Tuesday back with its fifth ECM transaction of the last three years as the capital-hungry business seeks to reduce its dependence on debt markets. The shares fell 18% on the announcement of the up to €125m partly-underwritten rights issue.
