Cairn block demand leaves bookrunner without third
The UK subsidiary of Cairn Energy raised more than Rs20.53bn ($364.5) after selling a stake in the company’s India unit late last week, but strong demand from investors in the exchange auction meant that bookrunner Citi was only able to allocate two-thirds of the deal.
