Greece, Intesa cost Credit Agricole
Credit Agricole SA’s pre-tax profits plunged 40.6% year on year in the second quarter, largely due to exposure to Greece as well as impairments taken on Intesa Sanpaolo exposures. Investment banking profits were also down more than 50% year on year.
