National Express gets €78.5m in Commerz private placement
UK coach and train operator National Express Group has raised €78.5m in a European private placement, arranged by Commerzbank with a single European non-bank investor. The company announced the deal on Tuesday, and said it had entered into the transaction on Monday. However, the investor’s commitment is believed to have been secured by June.
