Schaeffler launches €1.6bn Conti block, Finger sells mail.ru
The two banks holding 10% of Germany’s Continental on behalf of industrial firm Schaeffler launched an accelerated offering of the €1.6bn stake on Monday evening. Goldman Sachs, Commerzbank and UniCredit are managing the sale for Bankhaus Metzler and MM Warburg.
