XacBank may need to pay up for second bond attempt
Mongolian lender XacBank wants to tap the dollar bond market, returning to investors more than four months after it aborted a previous attempt at a deal. But bankers think that, even with the recent success of a bond from one of its local rivals, the bank could struggle to generate demand unless it is willing to be flexible on pricing, writes Jun Ebias.
