Talanx gives banks ticking-off on expectations
Fewer banks and advisors should work on deals, and each should take more responsibility — that was the call from ECM bankers on Wednesday evening as Talanx, the German insurer, called off an up-to €700m Frankfurt IPO towards the end of its investor education phase.
