No sign of Malaysia ECM bid abating as IGB Reit bags $6bn of demand, prices at top of range
Malaysian property fund IGB Reit priced a MR837.5m ($268m) listing at the top of its price range this week, securing around $6bn of demand for the deal and showing bankers that despite a glut of deals from the country already this year, investors are not close to losing their appetite for the market, writes Louisa Burwood-Taylor.
