Hess tries again with cut-price IPO
Hess, a German lighting company, has lowered the price range and extended bookbuilding on its IPO, after investors failed to engage at the original valuation. The company, which intends to list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, had been looking to close bookbuilding on Tuesday, but that has been pushed back to October 23.
