MegaFon syndicate left in the dark as Goldies goes missing
MegaFon, Russia’s second-biggest mobile phone operator, began pre-marketing this week for an IPO that could raise up to $2.5bn. For bankers fed up with poor deal volumes, the deal is a welcome relief. "It’s big and it’s going ahead," said one. "What more is there to say?"
