Glanbia Co-op sells €67m stake
Shareholders of €2.3bn food group Glanbia on Tuesday approved a joint venture for its Irish dairy businesses with the co-operative that owns 54.4% of its shares and a €67m accelerated placement of 3% of the firm quickly followed.
