Future Land eyes next HK IPO after CIFI success
Chinese property developer CIFI Holdings closed a HK$1.66bn ($214m) IPO at the bottom of its price range at the end of last week, becoming the first company to follow a market-opening deal last month. But several companies are hoping to quickly follow its success, and Future Land Development launched its own listing on Monday.
