BlackRock wins second China QFII licence
The Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) awarded asset manager BlackRock a second qualified foreign institutional investor (QFII) licence this week. The firm joins a small circle of foreign asset managers able to boast two licences and could double its investment quota as a result.
