Fiat saves 100bp by issuing in Swissies not euros

Fiat Finance and Trade paid a heavy spread over mid-swaps to issue Sfr400m of four year bonds this week, but syndicate bankers still reckoned the deal had come significantly cheaper than Fiat could have managed in euros.
