Hutchison’s bond spreads tighten on ports spin-off plan
The Hong Kong conglomerate’s bonds shone in secondary market as it looks to spin-off its ports assets and list them in Singapore for up to US$6 billion. Analysts and traders expect Hutchison Whampoa to use some of the proceeds to reduce leverage.
