Stanbic completes $46m rights issue
CFC Stanbic, a 60%-owned division of South Africa’s Standard Bank, completed a KES4bn ($46m) rights issue on Friday, with a 97.5% entitlement take up and the rest of the shares allocated to over-subscriptions.
