CEEMEA breaks records but bubble worries grow
A record year in CEEMEA has been capped by a record few days as nearly $10bn of bonds were sold from the region this week. That is around four times the volume ever printed before in the first week of December. But such is the remarkable level of activity that there are increasing rumblings of concern that the market could be overbought — and even entering bubble territory.
