Monitise launches £100m placing
Monitise, the £375m market capitalisation mobile commerce firm, on Monday confirmed plans for a £100m firm and conditional placing to fund growth plans. The firm, which is planning a move from AIM to the main market, last week said that it was considering a fundraising following press speculation.
