HK to follow Japan into dark pools, says Chi-East CEO

Japan will lead the regional uptake of alternative trading platforms with Hong Kong as the next biggest adopter, according to CEO of Chi-East, Ned Phillips. Dark pool usage in Asia-Pacific is expected to exceed 5% of all trades within three years, say market experts.
