Hana puts cap on KEB takeover risks
South Korea’s Hana Financial Group is pushing ahead with the last stage in its plan to take over local rival Korea Exchange Bank, after launching a share swap that will give it the remaining 40%. But Hana has made sure to limit its exposure after using a put-back option in the deal.
