QTel closes in on dual trancher
Qatar Telecom (QTel) has launched its $500m 15yr bonds at 215bp over 10 year US Treasuries and its $500m 30 year at 162.5bp over 30 year Treasuries, both at the tight end of price guidance. US books remain open until around 1:30pm UK time, and pricing is expected around 3pm.
