CSRC allows foreign banks to sell mutual funds in China
China’s securities watchdog has relaxed restrictions and allowed more financial institutions, including the locally-incorporated foreign banks, to sell mutual funds in China from October 1, but, at the same time, has requested higher capital requirements.
