CBs start 2013 as hot property with Beni Stabili
The European convertible bond market picked up right where it left off at the end of 2012 with a multiple times covered deal pricing at the best terms for the issuer. Any worries that the market might have had about demand for real estate deals — one of the few sectors in which supply has been abundant — were laid to rest as demand for Beni Stabili’s €150m CB hit the €1bn mark.
