LatAm HY pipe builds as Tonon hits road
Brazilian sugar and ethanol company Tonon Bioenergia has gained a rating of B/B as it meets investors in expectation of a $200m senior unsecured issue due 2020. And Colombian telephone and internet company Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá (ETB) is also set for a sub-investment grade rating for its debut bond as Fitch said it expected to rate an imminent $300m issue BBB-.
