Billerud completes $306m merger rights issue
BillerudKornäs, a paper and packing firm created through the merger of Billerud and an Investment AB Kinnevik owned subsidiary, has completed a Skr1.996bn ($306m) rights issue that will help strengthen the company’s balance sheet after that combination.
