Madagascar completes £50m open offer
Madagascar Oil, an AIM-listed onshore oil development company, completed a £49.5m placing and open offer on Friday. It was launched with pro-rata commitments for 60% of the shares but holders of only another 3% of the company took up the offer, leaving the remaining shares to be placed with the company’s major shareholders which had pre-committed to £48m of the deal size.
