South Korea set for covered bonds in 2013

South Korea could have a covered bond law in place by September and its first deals before the end of the year, say ratings agency analysts. Moody’s has even marked out the two likeliest issuers — Korea Housing Finance Corp (KHFC), rated Aa3 stable, and Korea Finance Corp (KoFC), Aa3 stable.
