BPCE ends senior hiatus but issuance still down by a quarter
BPCE’s short floating rate note on Wednesday morning was set to take first quarter senior unsecured supply to more than €41bn. But bank deleveraging means that the three month volume is still down about 25% compared to the same period in 2012.
