Tower Bersama Infrastructure made its debut in the international bond market this week, raising $300m after adding the documentation it needed to sell directly to US investors. But the leads managed to drum up a surprising amount of demand from Asian buyers — and investors in the region ended up getting allocated around two-thirds of the deal.
