Air France prices mid-range
Air France-KLM priced a €550m convertible bond on Monday at the mid-point of its marketing range, strong demand allowing it to easily take a €70m increase option. The stock sold off with the wider market in afternoon trade but the bonds performed strongly as long-only investors topped up their allocations.
