DFS plans £100m FRN as part of £310m high yield bond offering

DFS Furniture Holdings, the British sofa retailer, planned to sell around £100m of its £310m high yield bond offering in floating rate notes — in what bankers claimed were the first ever sterling floating rate notes in high yield.
