RTL closes books on re-IPO
Books closed on Monday in Bertelsmann’s €1.6bn re-IPO of RTL Group, ahead of pricing on Tuesday. Price guidance was revised from the original €54-€62 range to €54-€56.50, then to €55-€56 before books closed at 1pm in London.
