Rwanda book over $3bn
The book for the Republic of Rwanda’s $400m 10 year note is more than $3bn, according to a banker close to the deal. The note, which is Rwanda’s debut, was launched this morning at a yield of 6.875%, with pricing expected on Thursday afternoon in London.
